ARTICHOKE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of pepper
14 oz. marinated artichokes, mashed and drained well

Mix first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer. Stir in artichokes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
