SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon
2 c. soft bread crumbs or 1 c. crumbs and 1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
Liquid drained from salmon plus milk to make 1 c.

Bone and flake salmon. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Turn into greased baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
