GOOD LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 jars spaghetti sauce
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
Sauteed onions

Brown sausage and hamburger; drain. Enough for 2 pans, 9 x 13 and 9 x 9. Spread sauce mixed with meat. Layer noodles, sauce, mushrooms, and cheeses. Make 2 layers. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, uncover, bake 20 minutes. Shut off oven and let sit 20 minutes.

Freeze one for a later meal.
