SCALLOPED TURKEY 
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. turkey broth
4 c. turkey cup, cut in small pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. crushed potato chips

Melt butter, add onion and cook. Add flour and salt and blend. Add broth and cook until thick. Add turkey and mushrooms and mix. Pour into baking dish and cover with chips. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
