GRAPENUT CUSTARD PUDDING | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Grapenuts 4 eggs 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 qt. (4 c.) scalded milk Flavor with vanilla Pinch of salt Mix sugar, dry grapenuts and salt. Beat eggs. Scald milk, then combine with eggs, dry ingredients and vanilla. Optional: sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a pan of water. |
