EGG DISH 
1 lb. hot sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices white bread, cubed
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1 bell pepper, diced

Crumble sausage in pan and cook until done. Drain. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer cubed bread, sausage and cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. The bell pepper may be placed either on or under the sausage. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with hot biscuits for breakfast. May be made night before and bake in the morning.
