EGG & SAUSAGE DISH 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2-4 slices day old bread, cut off crusts & cube
1 lb. sausage (Owens)

Cook and drain sausage; make sure it is cool before mixing with other ingredients. Add 1 cup grated cheddar cheese. Mix all of above together. Rub pans with butter, pour in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Should be brown on top. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 9 to 12.
