EGG DISH 
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onions
24 slices Canadian bacon
Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. maple syrup

In a large bowl beat eggs, mix in milk and sour cream until smooth, add salt and onions then syrup.

In a 9"x13" baking dish lay out Canadian bacon; pour egg mixture into dish cut butter into small pieces and drop in eggs. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 35 minutes or until totally set.
