EGG DISH 
2 1/2 c. seasoned herb croutons
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage (precooked) or ham
8 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Place croutons in bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with 2 cup cheese and meat. Beat eggs with 2 1/4 cup milk. Add seasonings. Pour over meat and refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over eggs. Cover with 2 cups Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
