MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
1/2 lb. shredded Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread flavor stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables as directed. Drain and put in casserole dish. Mix soup, seasoning packet from stuffing mix, and cheese. Pour mixture over vegetables. Put croutons on top and pour melted butter over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
