MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20-24 oz. mixed frozen vegetables
1 box frozen green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Croutons
1/2 c. melted butter

Cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain. Place in a buttered casserole; mix in cream of mushroom soup. Top with cheese and croutons. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.

Serves 8.
