POT DE CREME AU CHOCOLATE 
1 bar (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream
2 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Whipped cream

Mix chocolate, sugar and cream in saucepan. Heat oven medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Slowly pour into egg yolks, stirring constantly. Blend in vanilla. Pour into small individual dessert dishes or demitasse cups. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream. 4 servings.
