6 center cut pork chops (fat trimmed off) Salt & pepper Sour cream Corn flake crumbs Season pork chops. Coat both sides with sour cream and then corn flake crumbs. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 6. | |
