EASY RICE PILAF 
1 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
2 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed chicken broth, undiluted
1 (1.25 oz.) env. onion soup mix
1 tsp. dried whole basil
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter

Combine all ingredients in a lightly greased 12x8x2 baking dish; stir well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serves 8.
