STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. med. mushrooms
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Italian bread crumbs

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Set mushrooms aside. Chop the stems and cook with sausage until brown, stirring often. Remove from heat. Add cheese and bread crumbs. Fill mushrooms with mixture. Place in pan and bake about 15 minutes, 400 degrees.
