SCALLOPS IN CREAM AND MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
1 lb. scallops, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. vermouth
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. heavy cream

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add flour. Add vermouth and cream. Add scallops and put in baking dish. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 4 to 6 people.
