FRUIT FREEZE 
5 c. crushed Rice Chex
3/4 c. lemon juice
1 lg. can fruit cocktail
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can lemon pie filling
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter

In pan spread out crushed Chex cereal. Melt butter, then pour over cereal in pan. Put in oven at 300 degrees until cereal starts to brown. Remove from oven.

In a large bowl mix lemon juice, fruit cocktail (drained), condensed milk and pie filling. Spread mixture over browned cereal. Spread Cool Whip over mixture evenly. Garnish top with crushed Rice Chex cereal. Place in freezer for 3 hours, then serve and enjoy.
