VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1 can sliced water chestnuts
15 to 20 saltine crackers
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Place in casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over crumbled crackers. Stir until cracker crumbs are coated. Spread on top of casserole and bake 40 minutes at 350°F.
