1 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
1 large cool whip (12 oz.)
1 pkg. fudge striped cookies (crushed)

Mix buttermilk and pudding. Fold in cool whip, oranges and 3/4 of the cookies. Pour into a bowl and top with the rest of the cookies.
