SPAGHETTI BAKE 
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
8 oz. spaghetti
1 c. sour cream
Onion and green pepper, chopped and sauteed
1 lb. hot Italian sausage (I use mild)
1 c. water
1 sm. can tomato paste

Cook spaghetti and drain, in bowl add eggs and parmesan to spaghetti, pour into well greased casserole. Mix together sour cream and sauteed onion and pepper. Pour on top of spaghetti. Brown sausage and drain, add tomato paste and 1 cup water, cook until thick (about 10 minutes). Pour mixture over sour cream. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
