SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
8 oz. pkg. noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic (or less)
1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 c. grated cheese
Sm. carton cream style cottage cheese
Sm. carton sour cream

Cook noodles; drain. Cook meat and onion; add seasonings, then sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and noodles. Layer noodles, then meat; repeat. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with cheese and cook for 10 minutes longer. (Use 13 x 9 baking dish.)
