SOUR CREAM NOODLE BAKE 
4 c. medium noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. sour cream
1 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Brown beef in butter; stir in tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

Mix together sour cream, onion and noodles. In buttered 2-quart casserole alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture, beginning with noodles. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
