SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
DOUGH:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, egg and sugar. Add vanilla and sour cream. Stir in dry ingredients. Spread 1/2 of batter into a greased 9"x13" pan. Dough will be sticky, pat into pan with floured fingers on bottom and sides.

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix and pour over batter. Drop remaining dough by spoonfuls. It will spread while baking.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
