4 med. lg. potatoes
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
Grated Parmesan cheese

Peel and slice 1/8 inch thick. Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour butter over top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes; cover for 30 minutes.
