JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. cornbread mix
1/4 c. oil
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, minced
1 (#303) can cream corn
1 (4 oz.) can chopped jalapeno

Beat eggs slightly. Blend in remaining ingredients. Bake in well greased 13 x 9 inch pan at 30-40 minutes.

Remove from oven immediately so it will not dry out.
