1 1/2 c. cornbread mix
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 green onion, chopped
1/2 c. cream corn
1/4 c. chopped jalapeno
3/4 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes or until done.
