HOT JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
3 eggs
1 (#303) can cream style corn
1 lg. onion (grated/chopped)
3 c. yellow cornbread mix
2 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 (4 oz.) can jalapeno peppers (chopped)
1/4 c. corn oil

Beat eggs slightly. Blend in rest of the ingredients. Bake in a well greased 9x13 inch baking pan at 425 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven when done.
