WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. mixed candied fruit
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. white raisins
2 c. chopped nuts
7 oz. pkg. coconut
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
5 eggs

Combine sugar, butter, and eggs. Add baking powder and flour. Mix well. Add other ingredients. Bake 1/4 hour at 300 degrees and then 3 hours at 250 degrees.
