PIZZA 
PIZZA DOUGH:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose whole wheat flour

PIZZA TOPPING:

Hamburger, sausage or pepperoni
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Bell pepper, onions, black olives (optional)
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. let rest 5 minutes. Pat into two 11 inch or one large lightly greased pizza pan. (It helps to grease fingers so dough won't stick to them.)

Spread sauce, then sprinkle spices and Parmesan. Add meat, peppers, onions, olives; top with Mozzarella. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese is lightly brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cowabunga!
