FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. sugar cookie dough (Pillsbury)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can sliced peaches, drained
Bananas
Strawberries
1 pizza pan (12 inch circle)

Slice cookie dough and put in pan in circles touching each other to touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown. Remove and cool. Blend cream cheese with Cool Whip. Smooth this on cool crust, start on outside edge with strawberry halves, banana slices and peaches, about 2 rows of each fruit. Pile pineapple chunks in middle. Next make orange sauce.

ORANGE SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water

In small saucepan, stir sugar, salt and cornstarch. Gradually stir in orange juice and lemon juice and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Cool in refrigerator 10 minutes. Pour over pizza slowly to coat all fruit (I use pastry brush to coat evenly).
