MOCHA CAKE 
CAKE:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 square baking chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

SYRUP TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. double strength coffee

CAKE: Sift sugar, flour and baking powder together. Melt baking chocolate and butter together and add to the above ingredients. Add the milk and vanilla; mix batter well and pour into a greased pan.

TOPPING: Combine the sugar and cocoa and sprinkle evenly over the batter, then pour the coffee (warm, but not hot) over the entire top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

NOTE: The coffee syrup will seep through the cake while cooking and make its own fudge sauce.
