PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
4 to 5 thinly sliced raw potatoes
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. cream (Half & Half)
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Season pork chops. Brown both sides. Arrange thinly sliced potatoes in a well buttered 2-quart baking dish. Mix soup, cream and onions. Place pork chops over potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cover baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is a good, make ahead in dish. Can use cream chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup.
