SOY PORK 
1 (3 to 4 lb.) pork loin
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. hot peppers
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. soy sauce

Place pork loin into large baking dish. Add water and soy sauce. Garnish top of loin with salt, garlic powder, hot peppers and parsley leaves.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve immediately.
