BROILED SOY HALIBUT 
2 1/2 lbs. halibut steaks
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
Lemon slices for garnish

Place fish in a non-stick baking dish, combine remaining ingredients except lemon slice. Pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours. Drain, reserve marinade. Place fish on broiler pan or on barbecue grill. Broil or grill, basting with sauce. Turn and cook other side until fish flakes.
