GRANDMA'S GERMAN POTATO PANCAKES | |
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and grated 3 eggs 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt Do not add flour or anything else except the above ingredients. Mix above ingredients (may use blender to mix). Fry with lard in skillet until brown on edges; turn over and brown other side. Serve with your choice of syrup, sour cream, or applesauce. |
