GOLDEN CRUMB BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. fresh broccoli, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsps. chopped pimento
3 tsps. lemon juice
2/3 cup cheese cracker crumbs

In a covered saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain. Turn into 3 quart casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimento, and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12. To serve 6, halve ingredients and bake only 35 minutes.
