BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. broccoli, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to directions, drain. Mix together all ingredients except cracker crumbs. Add well drained broccoli. Bake in casserole (13 x 9 inch or large shallow dish works best), at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Put cracker crumbs on last 15 minutes.

TIP: This dish can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. Great reheated.
