BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 eggs, whisked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together broccoli, eggs, soup, cheese and mayonnaise. Spread into 13 x 9 inch pan. Pepper lightly on top. Pour butter over top of mixture. Crumble stuffing mix to coat top of mixture and butter. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. (Check center to see if its done. Should not be soupy).
