BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. grated cheese
2 boxes frozen broccoli spears, cooked
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
bread crumbs or 3 slices cubed toast
2 eggs

Mix mayonnaise, soup, eggs and cheese and pour over drained broccoli. Put fine bread crumbs on top and pour melted butter over crumbs. Add 1/2 cup chopped onions, if desired.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
