CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 9" unbaked pie shell 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, ground Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and turn into shell. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from the edge of shell comes out clean. Cool thoroughly before cutting. |
