CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 c. pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In large mixer bowl, beat pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and spices. Pour into pie shell.

Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and continue to bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
