CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken or chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. croutons or Stove Top stuffing
1 carton sour cream
1 stick butter

Cook chicken and pick from bones. Cover bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with chicken. Mix soups and sour cream until smooth. Pour mixture over chicken. Then top with croutons or Stove Top stuffing. Melt butter in 1 cup chicken broth and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
