AUNT LISA'S JUNK CHICKEN 
2-6 boneless breasts or thighs
Swiss cheese slices
Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Stove Top Stuffing
1 stick butter

Mix in cake pan in the following manner:

1. Chicken, Swiss cheese on top.

2. Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and mushrooms.

3. Pour on top of Swiss cheese.

4. Cover mixture with uncooked Stove Top Stuffing.

5. Pour melted butter over stuffing.

Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (large pieces require more time).

Thank you for sharing this recipe. I needed something quick and easy for dinner one night and though the name put me off at first it turned out well. We did not have Swiss cheese so I used the Provalone we had in the fridge.

This turned out great and my family ate it right up. I will be making it again. My 12 year old son hates mushrooms and never even noticed they were in it!

Gave this a 3 star because it's incredibly salty. I will try it again with low-sodium soup. With the exception of the salt, it was a good recipe and my family enjoyed it.
