CHICAGO CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. oatmeal
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Beat butter, egg, sugar, vanilla and milk. Sift flour, soda and salt. Alternate adding flour and oil to creamed mixture. Stir in cornflakes, oatmeal and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 100 cookies.
