CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 sm. onion
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/4 c. grated cheese

Boil chicken with onion and salt until tender. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in 9x13 baking dish. Cut chicken in small pieces and place over broccoli.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over chicken. Sprinkle grated cheese over soup mixture. Make thin crust of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
