CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, or 1 bunch fresh
2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 cans cream chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. shredded cheese (Colby)
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water

Cook broccoli until just tender, arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top. Combine sour cream, soup, milk and lemon juice and pour half the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Then sprinkle with one cup cheese. Mix stuffing with the water and butter and place on top. Pour remaining soup mixture and cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6.
