TINGA FOR TACOS 
10-15 lbs. chicken (cooked and shredded)
4-5 lbs. pork (cooked and shredded)
1 lb. chorizo
1 fresh tomato
1 sm. onion
1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz.
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 sm. chili chipotle
Fresh garlic
Chicken broth
Salt to taste

Blend tomato, onion, tomato sauce, oregano, chili and garlic.

Fry chorizo and drain. Add pork and chicken and stir. To this, add blended ingredients and a bit of chicken broth. Simmer for about 1/2 hour.

May be made ahead of time of use. Serve on small corn tortillas with lettuce and salsa on top. Serve with rice and beans.
