FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped (pecans are best)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake pastry shell 10 minutes; remove from oven. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. In saucepan over low heat, melt chips with butter.

In large bowl, beat chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients, except nuts until smooth. Add nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
