CHICKEN BREASTS IN WINE 
6 boneless chicken breasts, deskinned, salt & peppered
Layer of Swiss cheese, 10 slices (or less)
Layer of fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine (mix with soup for easier pouring)
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Do not cook chicken breasts. Layer each ingredient in the order listed above in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle the top with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
