CHERRY EGGNOG BREAD | |
2 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 egg, beaten 1 1/4 c. eggnog 1/3 c. oil 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1/2 c. cherries, cut up Mix dry ingredients. Add eggnog, egg and oil. Mix well. Pour into greased bread pans. One large or two small. When I make this for the holidays I make 4 times the amount at once. I also add more cherries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
